Introducing the Jing Self Care App at Indigo Holistics

I am excited to let you know that Indigo Holistics is now using the Jing self-care app. This online healthcare tool will enable me to set self-care programmes for patients in between regular acupuncture sessions.

Chinese medicine offers a comprehensive approach to health and well-being, including an array of self-care practises, and I can help you to utilise these.

The Jing App includes self-care practises in the following areas;

  • Self-massage
  • Acupressure and Moxa
  • Qigong
  • Meditation
  • Food and nutrition

I can put together a bespoke plan for you based on my diagnosis and understanding of your condition, which might include acupressure points, self-massage routines, qigong exercises, guided meditations, dietary advice and recipes. For patients who are open to integrating these simple techniques and principles into their lives, results can be faster and longer-lasting.

The Jing App is free of charge for patients to use.  Please ask for more information during your next regular acupuncture session.
